We are JJW. A luxury hospitality group, we pride ourselves on our strong family values that are deeply ingrained in us. It is the same warmth and love that we extend when we welcome you to stay with us, in a place which is an extension of our own home. Every property of ours has always been carefully and thoughtfully designed to ensure it provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home.

That said, there’s no escaping the ongoing pandemic of COVID- 19, and in our bid to contain this virus and to protect our guests, we are temporarily closing down our hotels. This was a difficult decision for us to make, as staying open to serve our guests is what we live for. However, considering the circumstances, the best way for us to serve you and be responsible, law-abiding citizens, is to adhere to the guidelines provided by the governments and health experts to keep us all safe.

A lot of our guests are worried about their existing bookings, and we wanted to reassure you that we are extremely flexible with our booking dates and guests can find an alternative date within the span of a year. For more information on booking changes, please reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to assist you with applicable season prices.

Our thoughts are with those affected by the virus and those who are caring for them. We salute all the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are tirelessly fighting along the front lines to contain this pandemic. We would also like to pay a special tribute to our exceptionally dedicated staff and the team at JJW, whose professionalism and compassion is a daily inspiration to us all.

While there is a lot of uncertainty, we will do our best to keep you up to date about new developments at our end. Towards this, we request you to please follow our websites and social channels.

Looking on the bright side, as you maintain social distance, we hope you use this time to do the things you would have normally done at our hotels. Spend time bonding with members of your family and creating memorable moments, and once we have conquered the corona crisis, we look forward to raising our glasses and celebrating happier and healthier times together.
